Міністр соцполітики Андрій Рева пояснив, що якщо родини заробітчан отримують грошові перекази, вони не можуть претендувати на субсидії.

Про це він сказав у інтерв’ю виданню “Страна”.

Рева наголосив, що гроші, переказані заробітчанами з-за кордону вважаються доходами.

«Якщо люди працюють за межами України і перераховують гроші своїм рідним, то ці гроші є доходом їхніх родичів. Чому хтось платить податки тут, а потім з цих податків той, хто отримує допомогу з-за кордону, отримує ще й субсидію? У першому півріччі 2018 р. в Україну переказано з-за кордону 6,5 млрд доларів. У яких деклараціях вони відображені? Ніяких!» – заявив міністр соцполітики.

«Як правило, заробітчани прописані в приміщеннях, на які сім’я просить субсидію. Тому ми і запропонували задекларувати доходи всіх членів домогосподарства. Якщо гастрабайтер платить податок із зарплати за кордоном – довідку нам дайте, якщо не платить – нехай тут ЄСВ платить. Це викликає невдоволення у заробітчан. Але чому ті, хто працює і платить податки в Україні повинні містити сім’ї тих, хто заробляє за кордоном? Це не чесно», – наголосив Рева.{:}{:en}

In the first half of 2018, 6.5 billion dollars were transmitted to Ukraine from abroad. Which declarations do they reflect? No! “- said the Minister of Social Policy.

“As a rule, the workers are registered in the premises on which the family asks for a subsidy. Therefore, we proposed declaring the income of all household members. If the grocer is paying a tax on salaries abroad – give us a certificate, if you do not pay – let it pay. This causes dissatisfaction among the workers. But why do those who work and pay taxes in Ukraine should include the families of those who earn abroad? It’s not fair, “Reva said.{:}
