У понеділок, 25 березня, в торговому центрі “Афіна” в центрі Одеси охоронець накинувся на групу 13-річних підлітків. Про це на своїй сторінці в Facebook написала мама одного з потерпілих Олена Наумкіна.
Компанія підлітків зайшли в супермаркет ТЦ, щоб купити їжу і сік. Частина друзів залишилася біля входу, а інші пішли за покупками.

В очікуванні двоє хлопчиків присіли на підлогу, щоб перекусити. До них підійшов охоронець і попросив вийти з приміщення, так як вони порушують порядок. Діти спокійно відповіли, що зараз дочекаються друзів і вийдуть, буквально через пару хвилин. Однак після цього до них підійшов інший охоронець, який почав вести себе неадекватно.

“Відразу після цього підійшов неадекват і матом зажадав вийти негайно. Діти встали і пішли, бубонячи під ніс щось про свої права (ні мату, ні агресії з боку дітей не було). Вже перед дверима на вихід охоронець бере сина за шкірку і виштовхує за двері. Дитина вдаряється плечем. Залишилася пухлина. Коли діти стояли вже за дверима на вулиці, охоронець вибіг і почав бризкати перцевим балончиком в очі “, – повідомила Наумкіна.

Хлопчику надали необхідну медичну допомогу, лікарі поставили діагноз – опік рогівки. Мати потерпілого звернулася в поліцію і їй розповіли, що цей охоронець їм знаком. Відео інциденту вилучено. Однак правоохоронці відзначили, що не можуть знайти управу на охоронну компанію, в якій працює цей охоронець. У поліції повідомили, що за фактом події проводиться перевірка. Розпочато кримінальне провадження за ч.1 ст.125 КК України.{:}{:en}

The children got up and went, there was something about their rights under their nose (there was no mat or aggression from the children). Already before the door to the exit, the guard took his son by pushes out the door. The child hits the shoulder. There is a tumor. When the children were already outside the door, the guard ran out and began sprinkling pepper spray into his eyes, “Naumkina said.

The boy was given the necessary medical care, the doctors diagnosed corneal burn. The victim’s mother went to the police and was told that they knew the guard. Incident video seized. However, law enforcement officers noted that they could not find justice for the security company in which this guard works. The police reported that in fact the incident is being checked.
