Інцидент стався у Вараші (Рівненська область), ще 22 березня, близько 19:00 год. Однак, відомо про нього стало лише тепер, коли у соцмережі з’явилося відео із камер відеонагляду. На ньому чітко видно, як дорослий чоловік жбурляє зі сходів дитину. Малюк падає на асфальт, потім підіймається і повертається у приміщення. Власне, коли на це відео випадково наткнулися правоохоронці, то зацікавилися чоловіком та сім’єю дитини, — йдеться у статті видання “Західний Аргумент”.

У ході перевірки поліцейські ювенальної превенції встановили, що того дня, на ґанку магазину в центрі Вараша, 46-річний батько, місцевий мешканець, силоміць витягнув доньку із приміщення та навмисне штовхнув її, внаслідок чого дівчинка впала зі сходів. У родині виховується четверо малолітніх дітей. У поле зору правоохоронців чи соціальних служб сім’я раніше не потрапляла. Матір зараз у лікарні, тож виховання дітей лягло виключно на плечі батька.

Чим його так розлютила маленька дівчинка, зараз він і сам не може пояснити правоохоронцям.

На щастя, дитина видимих травм чи ушкоджень не отримала, однак тепер її все-одно оглянуть лікарі.

А поліцейські, наразі, на 46-річного чоловіка склали протоколи про адміністративні правопорушення, передбачені частиною 1 статті 184 Кодексу України про адміністративні правопорушення (невиконання батьками обов’язків щодо виховання дітей) та частиною 1 статті 173-2 КУпАП (вчинення насильства у сім’ї). Протоколи будуть направлені на розгляд до місцевого суду. За результатами додаткового медичного обстеження дитини приймуть остаточне рішення.

Про подію поліцейські також поінформували відповідні служби для взяття сім’ї під соціальний супровід та постановки на облік дитини, яка опинилась у складних життєвих умовах.
