В Україні працівники правоохоронних органів вже з травня місяця почнуть відловлювати водіїв автомобілів на “євробляхах” і активно виписувати їм штрафи.

В окремих випадках автомобілі порушників відправлятимуть на штраф-майданчики. Це буде зроблено в рамках нового закону, який істотно посилює відповідальність за прострочене розмитнення.

Зокрема людина не зможе передати таку машину в користування іншим особам або розібрати її на запчастини. Також буде заборонено використання такого автомобіля для підприємницької діяльності, наприклад, для роботи у таксі. За порушення правил передбачений штраф у розмірі 34 тисяч гривень.

Крім того, з 24 травня порушникам загрожує штраф від поліції — від 8,5 тисячі до 17 тисяч гривень. Митники діятимуть ще жорсткіше — залежно від давності прострочення, санкція може досягати 170 тисяч гривень, разом із тимчасовим затриманням таких авто.

“Розміри штрафів залежатимуть від кількості днів перевищення встановлених термінів транзиту або тимчасового ввезення. За один день прострочення вивезення транзитного авто з території України буде стягнуто 170 гривень, за три дні — 850 гривень. За місяць незаконного користування автомобілем на єврономерах передбачений штраф у 170 тисяч гривень або конфіскація транспортного засобу за рішенням суду”, — повідомив юрист Олександр Вовк.

“Поліція отримає право перевіряти особу водія на відповідність із особою, яка ввезла авто. Якщо за кермом виявиться не та сама людина, поліцейський зможе накласти на водія відповідний штраф і повідомити про порушення митних правил у митницю”, — резюмував він.

Нагадаємо, з 23 лютого по 23 травня в Україні діятиме загальний режим розмитнення — за повною ставкою, передбаченою у законі. Вже з 23 травня власники нерозмитнених автомобілів платитимуть штраф у розмірі 170 тис. гривень.

Які штрафи вводять:

за водіння авто на єврономерах — 8,5 тис. гривень;
повторне протягом року керування “євробляхою” — 17 тис. гривень і заборона на водіння протягом року;
якщо затримав розмитнення на термін до 1 доби — 170 гривень;
від 1 до 10 діб — 340 грн;
від 10 до 20 діб — 8,5 тис. гривень;
від 20 до 30 діб — 85 тис. гривень;
