Skoda Auto відмовилася від намірів створення нового мультибрендового заводу в Україні та розглядає для цієї мети інші майданчики в Східній і Південно-Східній Європі.

Про це агентству “Інтерфакс-Україна” повідомили в компанії “Єврокар”, коментуючи публікацію в пресі про нібито намір чеської компанії перенести складання автомобілів з України до Сербії.

Зазначається, що це рішення не пов’язане з наміром переміщення виробництва з України, тобто завод “Єврокар” продовжить збірку автомобілів Skoda.

“Skoda, визначаючи потенційне місце для нового мультибрендового заводу, скоротила вибір до чотирьох країн Східної і Південно-Східної Європи. України серед них немає”, – повідомили в компанії.

В “Єврокарі” пояснили, що питання розширення виробничих потужностей в Volkswagen Group і в Skoda Auto зокрема назріло ще кілька років тому – наразі заводи Skoda працюють зі 120%-им завантаженням потужностей, застосовуючи багатозмінний робочий режим.

“Ще в 2017 році Україну відвідав голова Skoda Auto, за результатами зустрічі якого з главою українського уряду був сформований ряд побажань до української влади в контексті розгляду України як зовнішнього виробничого майданчика для Skoda з урахуванням зручної логістики, угоди про зону вільної торгівлі з ЄС, наявності підготовлених трудових ресурсів і більш низької вартості робочої сили (майже вдвічі) в порівнянні з європейськими країнами”, – нагадали в компанії.

Однак, додають в “Єврокарі”, за цей час Україною так і не були запропоновані умови, які залучили б потенційного інвестора.

“В Україні досі не працюють митні і податкові стимули для діяльності індустріальних парків, хоча відповідні законопроекти були прийняті в першому читанні ще в 2016 році, не втілена в реальність анонсована 15-річна Стратегія розвитку ринку електромобілів, не розглянуті законопроекти для підтримки виробництва електромобілів , які внесені до порядку ще на початку року”, – констатують в компанії.

У той же час, додають в “Єврокарі”, активно лібералізується ввезення вживаних авто, фактично хаотизуючи авторинок і заганяючи все далі в тіньовий формат, тоді як до легального бізнесу пред’являються високі вимоги.

“На жаль, Україна не витримала конкуренції в боротьбі за великі інвестиції. Можна сказати, що вона навіть не вступала в боротьбу … за 1,4 млрд євро інвестицій, 5 тис нових робочих місць і можливість виробництва 300 тис автомобілів на рік з рівнем експорту 4,5 млрд євро”, – роблять висновок в “Єврокарі”.
