З 2020 року всі іноземні студенти, які навчаються в Україні, після першого курсу будуть здавати ЗНО з мови навчання.

Про це заявила міністр освіти і науки України Лілія Гриневич, повідомляє espreso.tv.

За словами міністра, восени цього відбудеться перший пробний іспит – ЗНО з мови навчання для іноземних студентів, які закінчили перший курс в українських вузах. У цьому пілотному проекті візьмуть участь не всі вищі навчальні заклади.

«Вже з 2020 року ЗНО складатимуть усі іноземні студенти після закінчення 1-го курсу. Цим питанням займається Український центр оцінювання якості освіти. Після проходження ЗНО іноземний студент буде отримувати сертифікат про здачу іспиту, який дає право йому продовжувати навчання на другому курсі », – пояснила Гриневич.

Міністр додала, що студенти, які навчаються англійською мовою і мають міжнародні сертифікати типу IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge Certificate, з рівнем знань не нижче В1 – повторно здавати англійська не будуть. Їх сертифікат автоматично враховуватися, як успішно складений іспит.

«Відповідно, якщо ми висуваємо такі вимоги до знання мови навчання іноземних студентів, то ще більш суворі вимоги повинні бути і до викладачів навчальних закладів, навчальних іноземних студентів. According to the minister, in the fall of this will take place the first trial exam – the Foreign Ministry from the language of instruction for foreign students who have completed the first year in Ukrainian universities. This pilot project will not be attended by all higher education institutions.

“Already in the year 2020, all external students will be externally trained after the end of the first year. This issue is being addressed by the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment. After completing the NAO, a foreign student will receive an examination certificate, which gives him the right to continue his education in the second year “, – explained Grinevich.

The minister added that students studying in English and having international certificates such as IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge Certificate, with a level of knowledge not lower than B1 – will not be repaid in English. Their certificate is automatically taken into account as a successful exam.

“Accordingly, if we put forward such requirements for knowledge of the language of teaching foreign students, even more stringent requirements should be for teachers of educational institutions and foreign students.
